Dog-friendly Kitchens Café, established in 2016, brings evolving culinary creations to Lowertown Paducah, expertly prepared by WKCTC Culinary Arts Graduates. Guests can explore a dynamic menu featuring dishes such as Fish and Chips, Cider Braised Chicken served over Creamy Polenta, the classic Cubano Sandwich, Nashville Hot... Chicken, Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic and Capers, and Peruvian Chicken accompanied by Cilantro Aioli. Each plate is a testament to artistry, often presented on ceramics hand-thrown at PSAD. This establishment also delights patrons with house-baked desserts, frequently including vegan-friendly options, and occasionally showcases specialties developed by WKCTC Culinary Arts Students.
