About
Since its establishment in 2012, Cafe Byblos Greek & Lebanese has been delighting diners with authentic Greek and Lebanese cuisine. This dog-friendly establishment, founded by cousins Yousef (Joe) and Justin Khraim, offers a wide array of vegetarian and gluten-free choices, alongside succulent chicken shawarma and a variety of... beef and lamb dishes. The restaurant prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients, evident in everything from the baba ghanouj to the traditional baklava, all served in beautifully presented family-style portions. Originally from Palestine, the Khraim cousins, who grew up cooking together at family gatherings, moved to the U.S. ten years prior to opening Cafe Byblos. After gaining experience managing other restaurants on the East Coast, they sought to create their own culinary haven. Discovering a lack of quality Mediterranean options in Denver, they fell in love with the city and established their restaurant there, bringing their passion for family recipes and delicious food to the neighborhood.
