Founded by Ecuadorians Luis Fajardo and his wife Blanca, Los Galapagos was born from a desire to recreate the familiar textures, aromas, and flavors of home for Latinos, even from afar. Over time, the menu expanded to include typical dishes from countries like Colombia, Peru, Honduras, Mexico, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico, all prepared with a dedication to cultural authenticity using native, fresh, and natural ingredients. Beyond main courses, patrons can enjoy 100% natural fruit juices such as lulo, guanábana, and passion fruit, as well as traditional imported and soft drinks.
