The origins of Fall River Brewing are steeped in passion, with John and Amanda Hutchings founding the business out of a home garage. Their journey saw the brewery evolve from a small operation to a converted airplane hangar near Burney Falls, culminating in a move to the Redding facility in 2018, featuring a new 30 BBL brewing system.
