Lemma Coffee Co, a dog-friendly establishment, began its journey in 2017 with a singular focus on specialty coffee. What started as a one-person operation at local farmers markets has blossomed into a vibrant business. Within two years, Lemma Coffee Co expanded to supply multiple DFW coffee shops and grocers wholesale, launched... a mobile coffee truck, and established a full-service espresso bar on the University of Texas at Dallas campus. Now, with a dedicated team of eight, this coffee roaster and cafe has planted its roots in downtown Carrollton, housing its roasting operation and a full-service cafe. Lemma Coffee Co is celebrated for its passionate, creative, and lighthearted approach to coffee, aiming to create an uplifting and fun experience that doesn't take itself too seriously, and welcomes four-legged friends to share in the enjoyment.
