The restaurant prioritizes the highest quality ingredients, prepared daily to deliver hearty, flavor-packed meals that cater to any preference, whether spicy, sweet, or savory. Born from a "Fit.Fast.Fresh." concept in Singapore in the summer of 2013, MiSo opened its first doors in Lacey, Washington, in 2015, later expanding with a second location in the Hawks Prairie neighborhood in 2016.
