Asiel's Restaurant, a dog-friendly establishment on Mammoth Lake, has been serving eclectic, unique, and always homemade comfort cuisine since December 2007. This culinary destination is known for preparing every item in-house, from mayonnaise and mustard to dressings, french fries, onion rings, and tortillas, embodying the... philosophy that "Food is How Love is Expressed." The restaurant's roots trace back to Angleton in 1993 with Audra's Cafe, a venture focused on fresh, comforting, and homemade food with a commitment to employees and customers. After a period in California, the owners returned to their home region and established The Soda Shoppe in 2000, a popular 1950s-themed diner that operated for seven successful years. The current incarnation, Asiel's Restaurant, named after the mammoth discovered at Mammoth Lake, continues this legacy of crafting delicious comfort food with a deep sense of care and dedication, guided by the principles of Faith, Hope, and Food.
