The culinary heart of the restaurant beats with the combined 75 years of experience between its two cooks, who have a working relationship spanning over three decades. The cafe briefly closed in 2007 but reopened after its dedicated team, having built strong connections with patrons, couldn't bear to see it stay shut, leading to the current ownership.
