Pappas,... who arrived in America from Greece in 1897 with a profound passion for quality and service. This dedication became a hallmark of his success as he opened numerous restaurants across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas. H.D.'s sons, Pete and Jim, initially pursued a different path, establishing Pappas Refrigeration in 1945. However, the family legacy came full circle when Jim's sons ventured into the restaurant industry, opening their first establishment in 1976, embodying the same commitment to quality and service passed down through generations.
