Responding to... guest feedback, a significant format change in late 2006 introduced the fresh, made-to-order sushi bar, complementing the already thriving American-Asian blend. Committed to evolving while maintaining an "all fresh ingredients" philosophy, eeZ Fusion & Sushi underwent a complete renovation and rebranding in 2022. Guests can expect fully customizable dishes, including stir-fry options and kid-friendly bentos, with a steadfast dedication to food quality and sustainably sourced seafood. For those celebrating, eeZ Fusion & Sushi provides an Omakase Experience at the sushi bar or a private dining room accommodating up to 12.
