DeNunzio's Italian Trattoria - Monroeville, a dog-friendly establishment, first opened its doors in April 1997, initially featuring one dining room and a small bar. Over the years, this beloved Italian spot has expanded its offerings and spaces. In 2007, a new banquet/dining room was added, capable of seating 100 guests,... alongside The Wine Cellar, an intimate private dining space for up to 20 patrons, perfect for special occasions like business meetings, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, and bereavement luncheons. The bar area saw significant enhancements in October 2017, expanding to accommodate 25 patrons for Happy Hour and casual bar dining, complemented by an additional dining room seating 65 guests, all surrounding a wrap-around bar. The DeNunzio legacy began in 1977 with Ron and Denise DeNunzio's launch of DeNunzio's Pizza Villa in Jeannette. This evolved into DeNunzio's Italian Restaurant at the same location, which eventually grew to include three distinct dining rooms: the quaint glass room and the golf room, honoring local golfers and their twin sons, Ronald and David. Twenty years later, in 1997, and coinciding with the birth of their third son, Michael, the Monroeville location commenced operations. A further expansion in 2017 saw the addition of a dining room for 65 and an enlarged bar area with seating for 25. Beyond Monroeville, the DeNunzio family also established The Italian Chop House in 2004 at the Arnold Palmer Airport, offering a unique dining experience with terrace seating by the runway for sunset views, a dining room adorned with crystal chandeliers, and the Sinatra Bar for live music.
