Since its establishment in 2010, The Brisket House has been fulfilling a dream that began in the late 1990s, building upon years of experience operating Tom's BBQ in College Station, Texas. This dog-friendly establishment specializes in meats slow-smoked over a blend of Oak and Pecan woods, with their signature Brisket receiving... at least 15 hours of smoking for exceptional flavor and tenderness. The menu features Brisket, Turkey Breast, Country Sausage, and Jalapeño Sausage crafted by Ruffino Meats, alongside Pork Ribs and Chicken. Weekend offerings include the highly recommended Beef Ribs. Sandwich options include Wayne's P.B.& J., a hearty combination of Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Jalapeño Sausage served on a Jalapeño Cheese Bun with slaw. For a truly classic experience, The Brisket House Special is available, allowing guests to choose their meats served on butcher paper, accompanied by a slab of cheddar cheese, a whole pickle, and a chunk of onion – a tradition revived from Tom's BBQ's "The Aggie Special."
