This beloved burger joint, established in 2009, traces its origins back to two best friends, Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin, whose youthful aspirations of opening... a bar, fueled by skateboarding and collecting beer cans, eventually materialized. After Aaron spent 15 years in the ski and snowboard shop business and Mike honed his culinary skills over 20 years in South Beach restaurants, a pivotal conversation in 2008 sparked the creation of this unique beer and burger concept. Now, guests can enjoy the simple, satisfying combination of great craft beer and burgers at multiple locations across the Eastern US, including this Roanoke spot where four-legged friends are welcome.
