This dog-friendly establishment is located in the famous Five Points Village, with two large garage doors opening onto Greene Street. Publico's... culinary focus is on bold flavors, unique profiles, and fusion ingredients, prominently featuring a distinctive selection of "tacos" where the tortilla shell serves as the vessel for thoughtfully sourced ingredients. The meats are farm-raised, hormone-free, and humanely sourced, while produce is procured seasonally from local farmers and purveyors. Complementing the food, the back-bar doubles as a draft beer cooler, showcasing 54 taps that dispense a diverse array of craft beers, ciders, house-made cocktails, wine, and mead, with seasonal craft beers often incorporated into the menu's food offerings.
