The popularity of Brookfields Restaurant Sacramento, initially known as Bradshaws, led to the expansion of multiple locations, each beginning the day with the inviting aroma of freshly baked biscuits, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. The commitment to quality extends to nearly everything made from scratch, including soups, sauces, and salad dressings, with any items not prepared in-house being carefully selected. Furthermore, all steaks are cut and hamburger is ground fresh within their own USDA-inspected facility, highlighting a dedication to freshness. Today, Sam and his sister, Stacy, continue to lead the three Brookfields Restaurant locations, supported by an exceptionally talented and loyal team of employees.
