Dog-friendly Broadway Giant Bagels, a cornerstone of the Ramtown area since its establishment in 1994, is dedicated to the art of bagel making. This establishment takes immense pride in upholding the New York tradition, crafting simple, fresh bagels daily and steering clear of frozen products. Bagel Doherty's deep connection to... the restaurant began at age 18, working for the landlord who initially built the Broadway Giant Bagels store. His involvement expanded when he also oversaw the construction of a second location in Toms River in 2004, eventually ascending to the roles of President and CEO in 2005. Fred, the original founder, is now enjoying his retirement in Florida.
