Dog-friendly O'Connor's Public House, established in 2005, invites guests to step into a piece of Irish history with its authentic public house culture. This establishment celebrates "Craic" – a blend of hospitable surroundings, excellent food, perfect pints, and convivial conversation. Designed and meticulously constructed by... the Prairie Pub Company, one of only five Guinness-approved authentic Irish pub builders globally, the pub was transported to Rochester, Michigan, and reassembled in its historical downtown district. Visitors can admire the unique architectural elements, including a main bar floor dating back over 140 years and a stone wall, once an exterior boundary, now offering a rustic charm between the dining area and bar. Furthermore, stained glass and wrought iron, salvaged from crumbling churches across Ireland, add to the pub's distinctive ambiance, making it a truly immersive experience where four-legged friends are also welcome.
