Locanda Positano, a dog-friendly establishment, brings the authentic tastes of the Amalfi Coast to Lafayette, having relocated from San Carlos after many successful years. Established in 2018, this Italian restaurant and seafood haven, owned by the Rosano family, offers a beautiful patio and a full bar, making it a delightful... spot where dogs are welcome. Enzo Rosano's culinary journey, deeply influenced by his mother Carmela's spirited home cooking and his eight siblings, led him to attend the Scuola Alberghieria Culinary and Hospitality program in Naples. His professional path included bartending at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Vong's in London and serving as bar manager at The Berkeley Knightsbridge. Upon arriving in the Bay Area, Enzo collaborated with family friend Roberto Giovanni to open Mezza Luna in Half Moon Bay. Later, he joined his brothers Tullio and Vallerio at Caffe Riace, with the trio eventually planning and opening AquaPazza in San Mateo in 2008, a venue that continues to be a popular destination. Locanda Positano is the sister restaurant to Locanda Ravello in Danville.
