Situated in the Historic District of downtown Stroudsburg, the building itself has a history spanning over 200 years, with its conversion into a restaurant completed in the mid-eighties to include both indoor and outdoor seating. Chef George Nunn joined the team in the nineties, and for nearly four decades, the restaurant has provided full bar service, lunch, dinner, and catering.
